This morning Louiseye, the company that created the Power in Progress, issued a statement on their blog about the Smokey Road vs Taylor County Challenge. It appears that since the videos posted on Youtube and Instagram on Friday, a lot of talk and hype have started. Evidently it was enough that the creators of the Power System wanted to get in on it!
Dr. Satterwhite and Christine, the creators of the Power in Progress System, have decided to go above and beyone the school challenge and give a special Leadership Pin to the top 10 point earners at our two schools for this year. This pin is different than the one offered by Smokey Road and the only way to earn it is to be in the top 10! We have so many awesome students at our school, I have no clue who will be our top 10, but the race is now on. I am ready to start hearing progress marks at all ours of the day this week!
