Weather permitting, below is the final schedule from GIPA

Saturday (February 28th)

6:45am     Meet at Smokey Road/load bus

7:00am     Leave for North Paulding High School

8:30am- Arrive at North Paulding High School

11.    Check-in – 9:03am

22.    Prelims Performance- 10:39am

33.    BREAK 12:21-1pm

44.    Student Clinique and Staff Critique- 1:00-2:09pm

55.    BREAK 2:40-3:40pm

66.    FINALS- TBD

6:00pm - Approximate time the show will end. Parents may check out students immediately following awards. (Parents must meet with Mr. Prado before departure from Smokey in the AM to confirm and sign a “dismissal from performance” form please!)

8:00pm - Approximate time students will arrive back at Smokey Road for pickup.

Students will wear their percussion ensemble shirt with blue jeans and tennis shoes for the performance. 

All students need to bring money to eat concessions for 2 meals.  This is a long day to go without eating. 

ADMISSION: Tickets may be purchased at school entrance. The cost is $9.00 per person. Children under age 4 are Free. GIPA badges will be honored for circuit members.

SEATING: Spectator seating will be on a “first come, first served” basis on the front side of the gym. Performers are encouraged to support all units, but are requested to sit on the backside of the gym to allow for spectator seating.

SPECTATOR PARKING: Spectator parking will be available in the front parking lot. Drivers should stay in left lane and follow parking attendant directions. Overflow parking is available at Sammy McClure Middle School, at the front of the complex.
