Reminder 6th Grade Concert Tomorrow

Reminder that there is a 6th grade band concert tomorrow.  Here is the schedule that was sent home last month.

6^th Grade Band Concert

December 4^th, 2015

6:30pm in the Smokey Road Cafeteria

Students choose as a final project to either demonstrate the Georgia Performance Standards for Band through performance in a concert or through a written research paper.  Your student has chosen to participate in the concert.  As sent home last month, our final concert is on December 4^th at Smokey Road Middle School and will begin at 6:30pm.  Students will wear their band shirt, khaki pants, black belt, with their shirt tucked in.  We invite all parents, community members, and supporters to come and watch the performance.  It will be really good.  You will be amazed at how improved your students are!  We are excited to showcase their work.

6:15pm                 4^th Period Students arrive.  They drop their cases off in the band room and report to the cafeteria for the concert.

6:30                        4^th Period Concert begins.

6:50                        4^th Period Concert ends.

7:00                        3^rd Period Students arrive.  They drop their cases off in the band room and report to the cafeteria for the concert.

7:15                        3^rd Period Concert begins.

7:35                        3^rd Period Concert ends
