SAPA Championships Schedule

As discussed at audition parent meeting, No bus provided.  Parents are transporting students to the event.

12:15     Required Arrival Time for every member of the group.  We will meet at the main ticket gate.  There is only one ticket gate used for this show so you can’t miss me.  From there we will go to unload our equipment. 

1:25        Transition to the Ready Area

1:40        Final Performance of the Year

1:50        Move equipment and pack truck

2:10        Students Released back to the parents.  It is understandable that awards are late.  If students need to return to Newnan, Ga. After the performance that is okay as long as they check out with Dr. Boyd.

7:00        Group meets with Dr. Boyd at the main entrance gate (on the steps) to get ready for awards.  ALL members get to go on the floor to receive awards and special recognition.

8:30        Awards ceremony begins

10:00     Awards over.  We will take a group picture at this time.  Once the picture has been taken, students are released back to the parents.
