Week at a Glance/Changes due to weather

Dear students and parents,

As you know, we have lost an important week of rehearsals due to the weather.  This has really affected the Percussion Ensemble and Wind Ensemble which are both in competition season.  For this reason, a few Wind Ensemble dates have been added in order to make certain that we are prepared.  We are putting together a very demanding program and it is important that we get as much rehearsal time in as possible.

Feb 3
3:30-5:00    Wind Ensemble Rehearsal (no longer percussion ensemble)
Feb. 4
3:30-5:00     Wind Ensemble Rehearsal
March 1 (Saturday)
1pm-4pm     Wind Ensemble Rehearsal
March 8  (Saturday on if needed)
1pm-3pm      Wind Ensemble Rehearsal

In addition February 25th at 6pm will be the Orlando Trip parent meeting.

Monday:
3:30-5:00  Wind Ensemble Rehearsal

Tuesday:
8:00am     Leadership Meeting
3:30-5:00  Wind Ensemble Rehearsal

Wednesday:
3:30-5:00  Percussion Ensemble Rehearsal

Thursday:
3:30-4:30   Wind Ensemble Rehearsal
5:30-7:30   Solo and Ensemble at Student Expo (select 6th graders and All-State audition kids)

Friday:
3:00           District Honor Band Students Leave for District Band (see info already sent home)
3:30-5:00   Percussion Ensemble Rehearsal

Saturday:
District Honor Band  (follow schedule sent home).

Practice Log will be due this week.
