This is the Schedule for the Guard Contest at Kennesaw Mountain High School on February 16, 2013

Schedule

7:15am  Meet in the Smokey Road Band Room

7:30am  Leave Smokey Road

9:00am  Arrive at Kennesaw Mountain High School

10:20am  transition to warm up area

10:32am Body warm up

10:39am Transition to equipment warm up

10:44am  Equipment warm up

10:51am  Transition to ready area

10:56am On deck in the ready area

11:03amNEWNAN/SMOKEY ROAD WINTER GUARD PERFORMANCE!!!!

11:10am  Load equipment

11:30-1:30pm  Lunch Break

1:30pm  Groups sits together in the stands for awards

1:45pm  Awards Ceremony Begins

2:15pm  Leave for Town Center mall for Dinner

2:45pm  Arrive at Town Center Mall

3:45pm  Load bus to return to Smokey Road

5:00pm  Arrive at Smokey Road. 

Students are to be picked up in bus zone

Girls should arrive in full uniform

There will be time to change into street clothes after performance

Bring money for a snack at the show and food at the mall
