8^th Grade Parents,

On March 4^th between 12:00-1:30pm, Newnan High School is hosting a Newnan High School band orientation.  We will transport the students by bus to Newnan High School.  There, they will meet the high school band directors, students, and tour the campus.  They will talk about the many different opportunities that Newnan High School has to offer.

The Newnan High School Band will feed the students pizza.  There is no cost for this event.  Please fill out the included transportation permission form.  We look forward to your student continuing forward with their music education.  In the Smokey Road Band we teach, “Excellence, Determination, and Innovation.”  Newnan High School Band furthers these ideals with their desire to instill in each student, “Pride, Dignity, and Honor.”  I think you and your student will find that this is not a time of endings, but more, a time of great beginnings.
