Percussion Ensemble will not perform at the Black History Assembly

The Smokey Road Middle School Percussion Ensemble will not perform this Friday during the school day at the Assembly.  The percussion ensemble has been asked to perform at another assembly during the school day on March 29.  This performance date better supports our competitive calendar as it gives students an opportunity to perform for their peers one week before Championships.  We would like to thank the administrators and organizers for creating this opportunity for our students.

Don't want to wait until March to see our show?  We invite all students, parents, and community members to attend our parent preview performance this Friday Night at 7:30pm in the Smokey Road Middle School Gymnasium.  Our guard and percussion ensemble will perform segments of their 2013 competition programs.
