Congratulations to the Smokey Road Chorus

We want to congratulate Mrs. Meacham and the Smokey Road Middle School chorus.  Both choral groups received a Superior Rating at the Large Group Performance Evaluations.  This marks the 4th consecutive year that both the band and the chorus have both received Superior Ratings.  In 2010, Smokey Road Middle School became the first middle school in the state of Georgia to have both its band and chorus programs presented  the Exemplary Performance Award by the Georgia Music Educators Association in the same year.
