10:15           Arrive at River Center in Columbus

10:45           Warm up time

11:30           6^th Grade stage performance time

11:45           6^th Grade Sight reading performance time

12:15pm       Buses loaded

2:00             6^th Grade Arrives back at Smokey Road

3:30pm         Students eat pizza and change into concert uniform

4:00              Leave Smokey Road

5:30              Warm up time

6:00              Wind Ensemble stage performance time

6:30              Wind Ensemble Sight reading performance time

7:00              Buses Loaded

8:45pm         Wind Ensemble arrives back at Smokey Road.  Parents pick up in the bus zone
